Biography

Cyrus Zargar is the endowed Al-Ghazali Distinguished Professor in Islamic Studies at the University of Central Florida. His scholarship explores Sufi aesthetics, the transformative potential of love in Islamic philosophy, and the ethical dimensions of self-transformation in classical Sufi writings and poetry.
